The shipping and packaging were top-notch, quick and dependable. Unfortunately, that's the only positive thing I can say about my experience with this brand. After going through the selfie assessment, I was given the Day and Night Serums along with the Day and Night Creams. My skin had a bad reaction, feeling dry and burning. I ended up with red bumps in various spots like my forehead, upper nose, around my lips, and cheeks. I reached out to their support team via email, but they weren't much help. They suggested I do a patch test on the inside of my elbow to check for allergies, claiming they might reformulate if needed. They also downplayed my concerns by saying my skin was just 'purging.' At 34, I take pride in being mindful of my body, and I can tell my skin is definitely not happy. Once I stopped using their products, my face returned to its normal hydration and felt much better. I followed their patch test advice, but nothing changed. When I contacted support again, they ignored one of my earlier messages and tried to close the case without resolving the issue. Right now, I’m not interested in any new products; I’ve lost trust in the brand and just want my money back. How can they make things better? If they’re so confident in their products, they should offer a guarantee for refunds if things don’t work out. That hasn’t been my experience at all. Honestly, if you’re reading this, steer clear of this product.

For the past 2 years, I've been all about YOURS and honestly, I haven't regretted it one bit. I experimented with a bunch of facial products, even those 12-step routines, but this is the one I've committed to the longest. It's not overly complicated and doesn't have a ton of products; YOURS really caters to my skin needs without any of those harsh ingredients, which is a big plus for me. :)
